Protein Bar Extruder machine

The protein bar extruder operates based on the principle of extrusion. It typically consists of a hopper, a screw conveyor, and a die. The raw materials, which usually include protein powders, carbohydrates, fats, and various additives, are first fed into the hopper. Then, the screw conveyor rotates and pushes the materials forward through the barrel. During this process, the materials are subjected to high pressure and temperature, which causes them to be cooked, mixed, and shaped. Finally, the formed protein bars are extruded through the die at the end of the barrel, coming out in the desired shape and size.
